[image:5227,left hspace=10]You’ve seen them on the starting grid, at dealerships, trade shows and on the podium. Now, you can see the lovely ladies of UmbrellaGirls USA every day of the year on the 2006 UmbrellaGirls USA calendar, which is available now.

The new, full color, 13-month calendar features girls that fans will recognize from the racetracks of America, including the Lockhart Phillips Options Italia Dream Team commonly seen on the grid at the Formula Extreme Class of the AMA Superbike series, Miss Anaheim Supercross 2005 and even a special celebrity model (hint: the wife of a famous factory motocross star). These girls never stop thinking of ways to assist the motorsports community. The 2006 calendar will help even the most unorganized fan keep their schedule, while adding some beauty to the daily grind.

Schoolhouse Rock

Time flies when it’s summer vacation. Just ask a kid. The same is true for The Syndicate as team riders scramble to prepare for a new school year and the ongoing campaign to promote reading in some of California’s most challenging inner-city schools.

During the past school year, Syndicate riders took their motorcycles into classrooms and showed the students what motocross and other action sports are all about. Once their excitement peaked, the children were challenged to surpass their school district’s minimum reading requirements by the end of the year and given incentive to do so. Anyone who met the challenge earned tickets to a California Motorcycle Association race later in the year and a very cool prize package from the program’s sponsors.

Christiansen's Yamaha Offroad rider Blake Hore has recorded an outright fourth place at round two of the Yamaha Victorian Offroad Championship at Welshpool, Victoria, last Sunday, April-17.

The day didn't start the best for the 19-year-old Pro Class rider when he was last to leave the start and faced a tough race to make his way past the fast starters. Once underway though he settled into a steady rhythm in the three hour race and soon worked himself into fourth place. Eventual race winner Cameron Taylor and Jehi Willis had made an early break and had to much of a lead for Hore to be a serious challenger for the outright honors, but he was closing fast on third placed Rohan Crouch and looking good for a podium position.

Superior, WI -- AMSOIL announces the introduction of two new premium Synthetic Motorcycle Oils. The oils have been re-formulated with new high performance additive technology that provides even greater multi-functional benefits for the special requirements of motorcycle applications. Available in both 10W-40 and 20W-50 viscosities, these exclusive new AMSOIL formulations provide unparalleled protection for American and metric motorcycle engines and transmissions.

Most motorcycle oils provide little or no rust and corrosion protection for the inside of an engine during storage. Contrary to popular belief motor oil is not a natural protection against rust and corrosion. This is a function of the additives. The new AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oil is specially formulated for both peak performance on the road and superior protection when sitting idle or in storage.
