Maybe if u drain the carby, give the spark plug a good clean and dry and put some new fuel in the carby and see if she fires? just a suggest mate

clean it good

you will probably wanna clean the carb good n then check out to see if there is any thing else wrong like the spark plug may have gone wrong when u bought it(seen it happen)

thats all i can say

wont start

i had the exact same problem with my bike i took it to my local dealer and the problem was my carby was missing a breather hose and also my idle was set wrong and there was to much oil in my fuel

too much kickstarting

if you've sat there and tried to start the thing out of frustration you could of worn the pin down on the magneto pull the cassings off and look if so just adjust it so it sparks see ya

hey looking for a bit advice.

hey looking for a bit advice. i have a yz125 99. she was running fine, kicking over first time. had it out dirt riding lasted about half an hour then it cut out. wouldnt start. ive cleaned up the spark plug. drained the fuel and put a clean fresh mix. still nothing. now when i try to start it if i give it any gas when kicking it, after about 5 kicks the exhaust gives out a pop noise then hisses.

any help would be appreciated thanx!!

p.s feel free to reply to my email adress at Bence_fs@hotmail.co.uk

yup

have u tried taking the mufler off and running it

maybe the mixture

make sure its not too rich, because if so, cou could be fouling the plug. make sure its got a good mixture n replace the plug should start right up.

does anyone know where i can

does anyone know where i can get a yz 125 99 - 05 under $5000?
thx cammo

solution

USE PREMIUM FUEL, the 2002 YZ 125 will NOT run off of anything else. I have one and have tried many different things to make it run on farm fuel. The only way i found to get one to run on farm fuel is if u put a 2000 CR 250 coil in it. My 125 would do the same thing without premium, just throw in a new spark plug, use Bel Ray mc1 at a 40:1 ratio and ride like hell

it is

its probly the coil. my yz 125 did the same thing. it warms up then it wont run worth a shit. i put a new coil on and now it has more power than ever

great

glad to hear its running good, but be sure to use good mixing oil because i just re built my top end and my power valve was all gunked up, so i cleaned it, and use good oil now and i have loads more bottom end

dont badmouth the bike

dont bag the bike u wanker wat do you ride 1 of those fuckin ebay rice rockets wat are you 2 years old

fuck the whales save the 2 strokes!!!!!!!

it could be the spark plug fo

it could be the spark plug fouling it happened on my bike it would start then die and when i cleaned the plug it wud start then die unless you revved the bollocks off it. I f you arnt really racing the engine like i was it could be the probelm, so i put in a hotter heat range plug (ngk: 6 in the name) and it runs sweet as a nut now.

;(

dont run a 6 unless u are close to sea level. usually use a ngk br9es b9es, br9eya, or br9eg

dude are u kdding me!

lol man u can easily get a yz 125 for under 3500 i gotta 99 cr 125r with 1500 bucks in upgrades (the guy who sold it bought those parts) and i got it for 2600

ps~ go to www.craigslist.com then find your city and look up motorcycles i know youll find something.

All ive seen over this websit

All ive seen over this website lately is spark plugs too cold to hot. Run the 8 or 9 will always works.
