KTM has a dealer show in the Denver area. They've been demoing new 03 bikes at various tracks. Brain Penney was test riding a new KTM (model?) and broke the triple clamp on a 70' jump yesterday. He broke his hand and got a puncture wound in his neck.
KTM people looked at triple clamps on several models and found stress cracks. These triple clamps are new this year for the new larger diameter forks. KTM has recalled all 03 bikes.

Hamburg: The German motor-cycle outfitter Louis GmbH has developed an "airbag jacket" for bikers. The waterproof jacket contains a four-part air chamber that, when activated, will protect the neck, breast bone, collar bone, ribs and spine!
