fouling plugs

i ride the trails to go out to the little motocross track i go to .. when ever i come back from it i usually take it easyon the trails and go slow i dont really keep my revs up either it usually ends up bogging out and stalling . i was just wondering if this could be the reason its bogging out and if i should just try harder on my way back??

oil

ridin at low revs can lead to oil build up on the plug and cause the bike to bog down or even make it unable to start..or u could have too much two stroke oil but if u saty its ok wen u open it up a bit then its probly the other.....wat bike u got by the way
