hey, im new to this fourm so please hang with me, i could not find a post for the general honda motorcycles, so i used this one. anyway i have a 2001 CR 250 and im trying to change the fork seals if you could please explain to me the best way to remove and reinstall in the seals?? im doing this from home so im going to be doing this with a basic set of tools. ie i dont have have the special honda seal rammers or whatever the shops use to install them...the shop in my area tried to charge me $300 to install the seals. Maybe someone knows a free place to download the service manual? please save me for a way over priced bill! thanks in advance! Faris N.
