i bought my son a 2001 yamaha pw80 for christmas. it wasnt running right and i thought it was just a dirty carb. well it turns out the carb for this thing is only about 75 bucks so i replaced it. the bike still isnt running right. i unhooked the oil injection and mixed my own gas thinking maybe it wasnt oiling right but that didnt help either so i hooked it back up and flushed the tank. ive taken the carb off and inspected the reeds and they look fine. ive turned the mixture screw so much its about wore out and the idle screw . the bike wont idol worth the darn and when it does run on its own its wide open with no way to stop it from reving. the only way to crank it is with the choke on whether its warmed up or not. also it seems like it runs better when the choke is on. im not a 2 stroke mechanic but i do have a mass experience in auto repair but really know nothing about 2 stroke small engines ... any help will be appreciated ... thanx
