I know as well as all of you that the two stroke vs four stroke deal is one of the biggest quarrels in a long time. I created this forum to let all you guys fight it out, oh, and just to get things started, i love the thumpers, i think in a few years, two strokes are going to start to fade away, but i don't think they ever will go away, so all you mixer freaks don't get your undies in a bundle. I just think that overall, the four strokes are the more logical. I mean really, think about it, they run just like a car or a truck. Well happy fighting!!!!!

Its a good question but like blunierdr said its down to what you like best. I have an 06 kx125 and obviously i love it but 4 strokes are cool as well. I like the instant power on a 4 stroke but i also like chucking my nimble kx around a track. I also think the 2 smokers are a little more challenging to ride and the pros use 4 bangers because of the slight powere advantage over the equivilant 2's. A good rider will always beat an average rider who is on better machinery but since all the best use 4's everyone wants to follow. I wanna keep smokers alive cus they are in my opinion a lot more fun but that said if i was called 'bubba' ide probably goin on a 4.
