How hard is it to ride a 250 yamaha 2 stroke when I can handle a 450 yamaha 4 stroke 2004?

I used to ride a 250f 2003 yamaha and my dad and I are wondering about getting a 250 2005 yamaha 2 stroke when we ride his 2004 450. I love the 450 and and am wondering if I have to change my riding style quite a bit. I'm willing to do anything for this cool bike because I love dirtbikes I just bought a TRX450R for the dunes and rougher terrain. This is the only reason I ever fell off of my 250 four stroke because of the rock hoping we were doing because I'm not as strong as my dad(6-4, 200 pounds 9% body fat) and I am 15 years old 6-1(140 give or take).
If anybody has any riding experience on 250cc two-strokes please help me with yor suggestions.

get the 250 and handle it like a pro

If you can handle the torque of a 450 four stroke then you can easily handle the zip of a 250 two-stroke. It takes a bit of time to make the 4 to 2 stroke change but you shouldnt have problems handling it.

Quote of the day - Only idiots buy the yellow and green, but the wise shoot for the blue and red. Anyone can ride orange they dont matter anyways.

250 2smoker would have a lot of poke in it is diffrent to the four stroke because it has a power valve if you are doing a track and the power valve kicks in it is hard to handle other than that go yamaha all the way buy the way what is the yamaha 250f like to ride i might be getting one
