contact ballards on www.ballards.cc they mave made some of the fastest xr's ever. they make a baffle insert wich almost makes as much power as having the stock baffle removed but is only a little louder for $89 (australian) and im pretty sure they ship all over the world. hope it helps

you could take the restrictors out.
or you could make sum fuel up. mix Naphthalene with fuel.
The mixture is 100grams to 20 litres. And maybz a gud pipe will make it go heaps hard.
