How to wheelie a CRF 150.

I have been riding a CRF 150 for a couple of years and i can ride small wheelies while standing up if I hit the throttle in third when I find a little bump or incline. I was wondering how to ride longer wheelies while sitting down, i've tried in 2nd and dumping the clutch, but I either flip the thing, or it revs to high and the front comes down after about 8ft. How do I do a really long wheelie?
