When you crack it?

If you mean when you are idling along, and crack it wide open, then this is very common with fourstrokes, and your best bet is to learn to work around it, and stay with higher revs before you crack it, or roll on the throttle smoothly instead of cracking it.

My 96 XR250 did the same, and I just learned to live with it.

However, if it happens elsewhere in the rev range, it could be a jetting issue that may be solved by simply swapping some cheap parts in.

I guess that anyone who may be able to help you will need more information, so if you could give us some more to work with, you might be able to get more definite answers.
