hey i have a crf150f and am thinking about putting an exhaust on it. i was wondering how much differents it would make if i jetted it or not, how nuch it would cost, and what exactly does jetting change.

don't even think about...

oh, i don't need some loser telling me that my bike sucks or how much your bike would smoke mine, because i don't race, so i don't care

so, aftermarket pipe usually

so, aftermarket pipes usually have a higher flow rate. this mean more exhaust gas exits the engine quicker, which means that more fuel enters the engine quicker. now the main jet (the one u usually change when u put a pipe on) can only let so much gas through. if it is not enough then yur engine will run lean. that is not desireable so if u put a pipe on and want to take full advantage of its performance then jetting is a must. dont worry jets r like $5. also if u plan to just put on a slip on then jetting is not always necesary. the pipe manufacturer will usualy tell u what jets to use or just email them and ask. if that doesnt work let me kno a ill let u kno wat jets to use.

id look into getting a JD jet

id look into getting a JD jetting kit www.jdjetting.com u might not even need an aftermarket system after one of these

omg1 thank you, i couldn't find a jettin kit for the life of me (at least not for a 150)
