You should go with a intermidiate terrain tire like the Maxxcross IT by Maxxis. They work awesome off road in the mud and on the track, but can stand up to the harder tracks. I don't know because it's your decision.
Go with starcross, they help a ton, i put them on my bike, and it helped alot more than i thought possible, and they're only like 30-40 bucks a peice...

Ive always used the cheap tyr
Ive always used the cheap tyres since i am a student but i bought a 90 quid tyre a while ago and im never going back to the 40 quid ones.
