Which one? 250f or 450f?

I’m ready for a new dam bike. I got my eyes on these four strokes (250s and 450s).
I want something that has got great power along with acceleration. I like jumpin so I need the light weight body and the suspension to go along with it.
I understand the 450 adds some weight to the bike, but it also adds on some wanted power. Yet it seems that there is only about a 20 lbs difference between most 250s and 450s.
Anybody have some suggestions or personal experience with these bikes? Which one is best do you think?

Go the 450f if it will be ope

Go the 450f if it will be open terrain.

For tight woods, the 250f is meant to be a pretty hot ticket.

crf250

Dont do it . the crf is a good powerful motocross bike only. The suspesion will have to be respringed and revalved for offroad riding. I have an 04 and have had nothing but hard starting and valve problems . For tight trais it is geared too high. To improve these problems i replace my pilot jet , main jet , head port and polish ,wiseco piston , exhaust and power now. and a 53 tooth sprocket

250f vs 450f

250f alot easier to ride on mx track, not such a handful. 450f better for cross country, don't have to keep the revs up for decent performance. Big difference in suspension between yz & wr
