Motul-Husqvarna motorcycle rider Josh McFarlane had four race wins from four race starts to take the lead in the Maxxis Australian S1 Supermotard Championship at Tamworth in New South Wales on Sunday November 21.
The 27 year old Josh McFarlane convincingly won all four of the 10-lap races in the S1 class, riding the Husqvarna SMR630 machine that was imported into Australia by the Paul Feeney Group. This machine features a Husqvarna factory engine; Marzocchi suspension and titanium exhaust system.
He completed the round with a tally of 172 points, which has moved him into the championship lead followed by Michael Brummell on 166 points and Brock Wilson third at 137 points on a Husqvarna 570.
