since its winter and theres only a few more months till next years motocross season i was wondering what kind of workouts and exercizes everybody is doing. If u have any good workout routines or find anything that has worked well for you, post it here.

hey most tainers will tell you to do push bike riding or running and motorbike riding(have to even them both out) and if you can try to go to then gym.
weights
emm well u would have to do leg weights and arm weights chin ups and stuff like that normal u would do weights ever 2 days to let ur body grow in the area ur workin on so i would say mabey day 1 a run with a few sit ups at night then mabey the next night go to the gym and do a few weights and if ur lazey u can leave it 4 the week or u can do it in that order every night and then u would be able to trow around a bike like notin but i think legs and arms are the ones ya most need to work on

personally i notie when im riding hard that it affects my cardiavascular area cos i used get out of breath a lot.also i get a lot of arm of arm pump too...get ya self a cut down broomstick about shoulder length tie sum rope to is with a small weight on the end hold it out at arms length and twist one hand afeter the other till the weight reaches the top and then reverse it till it gets to the bottom again.this works ya forearm muscles...try it its harder than u think... Ride it like u stole
