obvioulsy if u dont know anything about maintaining a bike its gonna break down alot. Both are really reliable but u have to do ur part in keeping it like that
i got a ktm sx 125 and its a great bike i werent sure about them till i got mine. i rebuilt it last year and havent ad any problems with it at all.and the hydraulic clutch is the dogs bollocks...basically it kicks ass... my next bike will be a ktm sx 250 2 stroke

hey any bike will and can brake down it just depends on how u take care of it and how often, trust me if u make montthy expections and othere expections on ur bike u know test it will never brake down. i know i have had 3 bikes and ridding for a long time
well more people r buying 4 strokes than 2 strokes now so why would u put mony in to improve technoligy in a bike that people arnt gonna buy. the 2 sttrokes are dying a very slow and painful death
it has nothing to do with that honda rider13 ok ill explain the whole story 4 strokes use to be big and bulky and really heavy and no one wanted them bout 20 years ago 2 strokes were the best so they decided it would be fair for a 250cc 4 stroke to race in a 125cc 2 stroke class and which it was fair becasue the 2 strokes were always good and the 4 strokes were big and wieged a lot and werent really meant for racing, same thing with the 250 2 stroke they would let a 450 4 stroke race in the 250 2 stroke class cause the 450 4 stroke was big and not ment for racing. so they set those rules in the AMA. now 20 years later the 4 strokes r WWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAYYY better and there ment for racing. but the rules still have not changed in the AMA u can still race a 250 4 stroke in a 125 2 stroke class or a 450 4 stroke in a 250 2 stroke class. so lets take ur an average person why would u by a 2 stroke 125 when u could by a 4 stroke 250 that is ment for racing and still be able to race in that 125 2 stroke class. same with the 250 four stroke why would u buy a 250 2 stroke when u could by a 450 4 stroke and still race in that 250 class. do u get it now?, now that the four strokes are way lighter and faster the AMA should change the rules, so that is the whole resean kawasaike stopped selling there kx 125 to america why would u put mony in the 2 stroke when people r going to buy the 4 stroke. and that is also why honda is thinking the same. honda is goning to put there mony in four strokes because that is what the mojority of people r buying. that should of cleared it up for u

Okay of course you have to rebuild the top end of a 125. LIke pistion rings do wear i never done rebuilt the top end on my bike when i first got it. and then i start noticin you have to drop down alot of gears goin up hills cause ur losein so much power. they say u should changer ur rings/top end every 16 hours of riding or something mad like that. On a 250 2 stoke its much longer cause the bike has double rings and has alot more power so i wont lose out as much as a 125 when the rings wear. And over here me = europens 2 stoke is in big demand KTM sx250 everybody wants one. As over here in europe loads of ppl do enduro and whats the best choice for enduro 2 STROKE. Mabey for mx i would get a 4 but not for enduro. The 2 stoke is not dieing cause us europens love the 2 stokes and ppl over here are sayin they are going to make a massave comeback.
can somebody help me I have a yz125 4-stoke my brothers old one and I bought a new carb still has compression and spark I don't know what else it would be if somebody could help me it would be very appreciated
In my experience Yamaha did produced great 2 stroke bike and sytling are amazing accessories and parts are abundant I usually buy parts online through ebay or with 4 Wheel Online. And with Honda styling is fair and the 4 stroke they produce are awsome.
