i was at the yamaha store an

i was at the yamaha store an i was comparing the 250 4 stroke to the 450 4 stroke (same year 2006) and the 450s rnt that much bigger if u know how to handle a 125 2 stroke well or a 250 4 stroke well. when u first hop on that 450 it will be a change not a huge change but not a small change, but i would not worry about that, ur not even going to be thinking of the handleing when ur trying to keep those 449 ccs under control lol. i think yamaha, ktm, honda, suzkie, and kawasakie have done a great job keeping there 450 4 strokes handling and size well, but 1st of all its hard to handle cause its a big bike 2nd of with the power it. it makes it even harder, i dont know how the pros race those things there monsters, i have a 125 2 stroke the highest im going to go up to would be a 250 4 stroke but u can do waht u want its not the size really its the power the 450 puts out that combitnation makes it hard to control, but if u go lots of experince on a 125 2 stroke or 250 4 stroke i think u coulld do it just practice, and you handeling will get better everytime, wow only 20 pound difference beewteen the 125 2 stroke and 450 4 stroke really good job yamaha, ktm, suzike, kawasaike, and honda

This is pretty much it. you c

This is pretty much it. you can pin a 125 into anything. when it comes down to a 450 or a 525 u try trow them into a berm they will trow you off. ive seen it many a times. just dont race a 450 if you a speedy 125 rider cause the spit you off.

ya i really want a yz125 but

ya i really want a yz125 but ive been thinkin a bit into the future and knowing myself ill prob be like ya i want more power. i looked at the 450's and they are nice and ive seen people tearing the track up with them, they just have so much power and i thought they would be bigger as far as dimensions but they arent everything is only 2 inches longer but the funny thing is the seat height is 2 inches less than a 125. i think 125's and 250 two strokes have the same seat height or at least i didnt notice a diff. k an a question bout 250 2 strokes. with as much displacement as they have to they feel more like a 4 stroke on the bottom end or do they still have that 2 stroke feel. and i would assume they still have the awesome 2 stroke top end. any help is great cuz im just tryin to pick an awesome bike but itll prob be the yz125.

The 450 and 250 2 stroke are

The 450 and 250 2 stroke are totaly diff. yes there is a big diff in bottom end on a 450 and 250 the 250 really is far better for woods as it has alot of poke to it. but i would say get a 125 cause you dont really grow outa 125s you can keep modin them. know loads of older lads on 125s they say they would never move to a 250. Me i will go for a 250 2 stroke someday
