PLZ! HELP! 1996 SUZUKI RM 125 --NEED HELP!!

I BEG YOU FOR HELP! JUST PLZ READ THE WHOLE THING AND OFFER ME IS MUCH HELP AS YOU CAN,
ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRICATED!!

i am having some problems with my 1996 suzuki RM 125, here is a list of them; plz answer as many as you can....:

*Before i get started these are the things it had done to it when i bought it:

FMF, full exhaust (Gold seris "fatty" pipe w/ power core -muffler/silencer <---what ever its called...(sry)
Power reeds
Reed spacer
Keihin carb.
New berings, all ground
Hinson Clutches
** I also run 40:1 gas mixed with BLUE MARBLE high performance 2-cycle oil (which the guy gave me)**

NOW, HERE ARE THE PROBLEMS:

>engine will not idol, even after being warmed up, and there doesnt seem to be an adjustment screw on the after market carb.
>the clutch is not relasing the whole way, and when i go to drive off, i cant do it gradually, i have to like, "pop the clutch"
>I also dont know what kind of oil is in/goes in the crank case....the oil that is in there now is a white-ish color
>And also im not sure what goes in the radiator? water -or- anti-freeze?? (sry, its my first big bike)
>it is also smoking a lot (blue-ish, white)
