I bought this bike with 40 hrs. on it and no manual yet

Honda gn4 10-40 w... and change as much as possible... every race or every two or three trail rides.. the more the better..

do you mean in both sides of the bike

yeah motor and trans... you can run a 10 40w motor oil in any dirt bike tranny.... all the pros do..
