I just thought that all the people that wanted to talk about the CR125 should have a place.... so I made one. I have an '03 Cr125 that i bought from some guy in georgia. It's sweet. buying used off of ebay ROCKS!!! i would encourage everyone to buy ebay style... that, and then when you want to do stuff to your bike... go to www.ridegear.com. They are the coolest people. I don't know how they make ANY money because all their prices are too damn low! it's unbelievable. AND they don't kill you with shipping charges either!! Anyways..... I am gonna put a FMF Fatty pipe, FMF Powercore 2 Silencer, and some kinda renthal handlebars on my bike. After that, i'm gonna probably start doing stuff to the engine... and the gearing. I'm gonna be famous one day. Everyone remember that i posted here. If you have a CR125 and know some stuff that will help me out email me at erikduritza@yahoo.com I am looking for a pipe-silencer combo. that will get the powerband to jump like hell. I want it to just kick in and kick my ass off the bike. I'm really tired right now. put a fmf sst pipe and shorty silencer.it is the only combination as far as im concerned.renthal bars suck to,ive been through 7 pars of theni have pro taper and tag now.not broke or bent a set of tag yet.as for the renthals....u gotta get good somehow..as for u gettin famous,,,,,u gotta go against me first and i have seven sets of renthal bars that says i can and will roll you up and smoke dat ass anytime,anyplace anywhere..im out..........."playa"

i hav an 2002 cr125 with vforce reeds a fmf pipe and shorty silencer and i put a bigger sprocket on the back and when that things hit the power band better be holdin on

How many teeth did you go up in the back? V-Force reeds work good though. That bike is all about pushin as much air as you can into it. Drill the air boot out and put UNI filtered air vents in it. Just make sure you jet it right.
btw that web site is pretty good. Check out www.roadridermca.com call them up and ask for trent. Theyr prices are super low and they ship for free. Its in San Jose if anyones in the bay area.

Hi all. my first post!!! cool. i just brought my first bike, an '02 cr125. What more can i say... what a weapon. not the best bike to learn on, but i like the challenge, and having just turned 30 years old i grin ear to ear every time im on it, haha. performance wise, it has a fmf gold series expansion chamber, fmf shorty pipe, pro taper bars, brand new honda clutch, boysen somthings (haha, im a newbie and dont know much), hiflo filter, kenda millivile rubber, and some other stuff. cant wait to look around and chat to some of you soon.

FMF sst pipe and shorty
sprocket set is Tag 12T Front 54T Rear renthal
R1 Gold Chain protaper bars and throtle tube
black plastic Metal Mulisha Grfxand lots more

i have a 00 cr 125r with carbon fibre reeds too trick suspension gold sprocket and back rim new tire fatty pipe and silencer and STEAHLY flywheel weight. $1500 in upgrades

1979 CR 125

I have a 1979 Cr 125 It keeps getting metal blow by and freezing the rings, and then I loose compression. Any advise or solutions?
