4 strokes are easier to ride but they have valves and cams and valves require clearances which a pain in the neck to do.2strokes dont have cams or valves.ppl think its harder to ride up a hill on a 2 banger but if u get a lot of momentum its really easy.

get a fourstroke. the engine will never be blown and it will always keep pullin. the 2 strokes have a big chance of always over revvin and im not being a pussy but there harder to race. why do you think that ricky carmichael and james stewart have 4 strokes there the two top riders and they prefer 4 stroke
metlhart is obvioisly the only one with a brain in this forum, my sx 125 beat the living shit out of my buddies yz250f, he could not even come close to me when i shifted into sixth gear. my bro has a crf450r and i kicked his ass aswell! all i did was re gear it and put on a 72 tooth sproket and with the combination of the new bbr exaust, new reeds, and ICAT ignition i just put on it it will crank out a dyno aproved 61 hp and tops out around 93 mph!!!!!!

4 strokes last longer than a 2 stroke don't think so,the new 4 jokes need loads of maintance compared to the far surperior 2 stroke,4 strokes are for girls that can't ride a 2 stroke haven't got the strenght,its takes more skill to ride a 2 stroke hard out
