If you are looking to buy a modern, 125 2stroke/250 four stroke, then you cant go wrong with either choice.
The Suzuki may handle better, but the Yamaha may have a more powerful motor. But the differences will be so small that the average person would not notice.
However, most people will find a 250 four stroke easier to handle than a 125 IMHO.

This isnt true at all, cause any 2-stroke 125 is much more easier to handle than 250F
if you want speed go for a 12
if you want speed go for a 125 but a four stroke u dont have to look after for much and a 225 is a learning bike for some
