hi im 14 and a keen motorcross rider on a kx125 im thinking of getting a 125 enduro. i dont know what to choose motorcross or enduro? tell me what you think
keep the kx125 good bike and you can make it in to a enduro bike do both motocross and enduro if you want stick lights on your bike for enduro and take them of for a motocross thats what i do
look man dont be stupid and listen to those guys because theres a big difference between an enduro and motocross ok the enduro bike is a long distance bike that is better then a motocross in any situation that can take beatings for hours and hours at a time ok. now you have a 125 2 stroke motocross witch wont last long in the trails for one bit and its forks are only designed for the track jumps with enough gas to only get you around the track for about 20 times depending how big the track is ok. if i were you i would buy a real enduro bike like somethin you can aford like the ktm 125 exc-w 2-stroke bike witch comes with lights, optional handguards for aerodynamics and protection, speedometor digital, 6 speed wide ratio gearbox witch means that the gears are tuned for longer gear shifts at faster speeds then a stupid close ratio motocross gearbox only made for acceleration and not for topspeed were the 125 enduro gears are tuned for bottom end and top end speeds, they can also last you on gas for hours and hours with a full tank, its also faster then your 125 motocross in the long run , has the proper frame forks and rear shocks suited for the offroad tarrain and has comfortable seating that would make you sit on the bike for hours without screwing up your back.so yes there is a big difference with the enduro for the long distance purpose so get that bike and you wont regret anything trust me its worth it budd.
thanks.
ya right I own a cr85r and my friend has a crf150 and 230 and my bike smokes it on tracks on tracks and offroad first off the crf is around 210 pounds witch makes its acceleration terrible second off its weight also affects its suspension becuz off jumps the always bottom out and its weight affects it uphills becuz its hard to lug it all around not to mention rider weight and it also affects its brakes becuz the rear drums need to become discs and most of all its hard to hold it up when your about to fall the good is that it does have really big tires to get through the rough stuff the 85 on the other hand is 145 pounds which enables it to be rocket fast, climb hills good, save falls, and tackles whoops and jumpes like nothin else and never seems to bottom out and also has more ground clearance the only downfall is it has small tires so if u get a cr85 get the expert
