Ok I am thinking about getting a new bike cause the cr is a little to much power! I am 109 pounds and 5 foot 5. Do ya think a crf150f would be alright?
I don't know much - if anything - about the 150, but I recently got myself a CRF230F. I'm new to the offroad-game myself & I would definately recommend this bike. It's throttle is not as sensitive as a 2stroke, and it's got enough power - but not dominating. I'm about the same height as you, and I feel more than comfortable on it.

if u r stepping down from a cr250 2 stroke I reckon the 150 wouldn't have enough power. I reckon u should go for a 125 2 stroke or 250 4 stroke like a yz/cr125 or a yz-f/cr-f250 or u could go for an enduro like a wr-f or a crf-x

Dont quit
keep riding ur 250 a little bit longer. U'll get used to it after a while. Take it easy for a little bit. Go to an open field and juss ride
