First of all two strokes are very picky about when they want to start. The slightest change in the weather can throw off all your hard tunning work. But other things could be the problem. You might have a lack of compression and if you haven't even re-ringed it in the last year then that most likely is your problem, but I would suggest an entire top end rebuild and you won't have anything to worry about then.
