How to rebuild front shock of 1991 Yamaha yz 125

I need information on how to rebuild a Yamaha YZ 125 front shock. Would be greatly appreciated if any one can give us some guidance on taking off the endcaps at the bottom of the shocks as well as repalcing the seals and changing the oil, bleading the air out and resetting the correct settings.
