I'm purchasing a used honda crf 450r in the next week or so. I have my eye on an 05 and an 04 both in similar condition. The 04 would be over $1,000 cheaper. Is it worth it to go for the newer bike?. i have heard many good things about the 05's, but nothing really about the 04 models. What changes occured between those model years, and for a bike in similar shape, is an 05 worth $1000 more than an 04?

The only difference between the two is the 05 has a better seat and the suspension was revalved to ensure more plush feel and alot more traction...........
